Farewell Summer

My last craft project for the summer was this subway art canvas. I just love it. It is a compilation of sayings that have become our 'house rules.'

Where have I been in the blogging world? Obviously not here. Hopefully I can get a grip on this blog and post some more fun stuff and new products on a regular basis which shouldn't be too hard if I manage another post in the next 6 months!...no worries it wouldn't be that long before I post again. Thanks for hanging in with me!

New Products Coming Soon!

What I really want to write is how spring is almost here as the weather is starting to warm...but that part about warm is a figment of my imagination. Spring feels fresh, and so I thought so fresh new products would be just the thing to welcome in the Spring weather. I'm so excited. I hope you love them. Won't show them to you just yet, but keep a look out some time in the next few days you might get to see a few!

Oxnard Open House

I'm participating in an open house this Saturday in Oxnard. The location is right off of the PCH! I am especially excited about this open house because I will be joining wives of men who serve in our Navy. I have such great respect for these women as they truly 'hold down the fort' as it were, while their husbands are gone for months and years at a time. Some days I can't wait for the hubby to get home at 5pm, forget having to wait 6 months or a year or more! They are such strong and unique women. I am very thankful for the service of their husbands and the sacrifices the entire family makes to ensure our freedoms.

Please stop by anytime between 10-2pm on Saturday. Make your Christmas shopping mean a little more and purchase from these local vendors!

Catching up with 17, 18

These cheery pillowcases were donated by Colleen. Oh how I wish you could feel these cozy pillow cases. I would never want to get outta bed if I had one of these. Thanks so much Colleen.

Busy B

I'm VERY behind here aren't I? I have been here and there doing this and that and back again.

I need to update our pillowcase challenge...we're only ONE away from our goal of 25! I'm hoping to get photos tomorrow and update with a proper 'thank you' to Colleen, Alisha and family.

Also, a much HUGE thank you to those of you that came out the the open house, and an extra thanks to Christina for hosting. It was such a blessing to see everyone and hear your comments. Thank you so much for your support and purchases!
